Cleveland is not one market. It is a collection of neighborhoods, each with its own character, customers and rhythm. A restaurant in Tremont, a boutique in Ohio City, a B2B firm in the Warehouse District, and a clinic in University Circle do not reach the same people the same way. We have worked across all of them, from our own base at 2222 Detroit Avenue in the Warehouse District, since 2005. Here is how we think about web design neighborhood by neighborhood.
Downtown & the Warehouse District
Our home turf. Professional services, law and finance firms, restaurants, loft developments and B2B companies. Downtown businesses need a site that reads as credible and established, loads fast for busy professionals on phones, and ranks for both "downtown Cleveland" and citywide searches.
Ohio City & Tremont
Independent restaurants, breweries, boutiques and makers, plus a growing set of creative and professional businesses. Here a website has to photograph beautifully, tell a story, and win "near me" foot traffic from people deciding where to eat, shop or book right now. Detroit-Shoreway & Gordon Square
The arts district: theaters, galleries, event spaces and the small businesses around them. These sites lean on strong visuals, event and ticketing links, and local SEO that pulls in both neighbors and visitors coming in for a show.
University Circle & Midtown
Healthcare, education, nonprofits and cultural institutions cluster here, near Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve and the museums. We have deep experience with this world, from private practices to major institutions; our medical and healthcare work started right in this part of town.
The near-west and east sides
Lakewood, Rocky River and Fairview Park to the west; Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights and Beachwood to the east. Established neighborhoods full of independent shops, practices and service businesses that live and die by local reputation and local search.
Beyond the city
Our work does not stop at the city limits. We serve Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio: the city and its neighborhoods (Downtown, the Warehouse District, Ohio City, Tremont, Detroit-Shoreway, University Circle), the west side (Lakewood, Rocky River, Westlake, Bay Village, Fairview Park), the east side (Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Beachwood, Solon, Mentor), the southern suburbs (Parma, Strongsville, Independence, Brecksville, Broadview Heights), and out into Akron and the surrounding counties - Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina and Summit.
