The fine print

1. If you’re not satisfied, call us at (216) 236-5544 during normal business hours and we will work with you directly to remedy the situation. Requests under this guarantee must be made within 30 days of purchase. We process requests within 5 business days of receiving all related documents and materials. We cannot refund or credit money charged by third parties for web hosting fees, SSL certificates, domain name registrations, taxes or other third-party costs.
2. If you want to exchange a web hosting package, SSL certificate or domain name registration for a different one, request the exchange and complete your replacement order within 30 days (or within the third-party provider’s terms). The purchase price of the original item, less any fees, taxes or third-party costs, will be credited to your account or original form of payment.
3. We cannot guarantee the security, uptime or backup of files, databases, directories or images held by third-party providers. We strongly recommend keeping independent backups of critical materials, and we are happy to set up an automated backup plan for you.
