You can hire someone to build your website from anywhere on earth. So does it matter that we happen to be in Cleveland? For some projects, honestly, not much. For most local businesses, it matters more than you would expect. Here is the straight version, from a studio that has worked out of 2222 Detroit Avenue in the Warehouse District since 2005.

What you actually gain with a local Cleveland designer

  • One accountable person you can reach, and meet. We answer the phone, and you can sit across a table if you want to.
  • Local-market knowledge. How a Lakewood restaurant, a Solon manufacturer, or a Beachwood practice actually gets found, and what Northeast Ohio customers respond to, is not the same everywhere.
  • Local SEO done properly. Ranking for "[your service] near me", "[your suburb] [your business]", and a Google Business Profile tied to a real local presence. This is our bread and butter, and it is covered on our Cleveland SEO page.
  • References you can actually check. Businesses down the road, not just logos on a page. We have built for Cleveland Clinic, MetroHealth, Case Western Reserve and Kinetico, alongside hundreds of local companies. See our testimonials and portfolio.
  • Same time zone, same market, same handshake.

When a national agency genuinely makes sense

We will be honest: if you are a national brand, need a 50-person team, or require a large enterprise platform, a big agency may be the right call. Most Cleveland small and mid-size businesses do not need that, and end up as a small account paying for big-agency overhead and account managers they rarely speak to.

The overseas and cheapest-bid trap

We understand the appeal of a $500 overseas quote. We also clean up the aftermath constantly: recycled templates, thin content, no real SEO, copy that is not quite right, and no one who answers when the site goes down before a big weekend. We even field these pitches ourselves; offshore shops hit our own contact form every week. The simple test: if the person selling you a website cannot tell you exactly who will build and support it, that is your answer.

Areas we serve around Cleveland

We work with businesses across Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio: the city and its neighborhoods (Downtown, the Warehouse District, Ohio City, Tremont, Detroit-Shoreway, University Circle), the west side (Lakewood, Rocky River, Westlake, Bay Village, Fairview Park), the east side (Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Beachwood, Solon, Mentor), the southern suburbs (Parma, Strongsville, Independence, Brecksville, Broadview Heights), and out into Akron and the surrounding counties - Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina and Summit. Wherever you are in the region, you can see the full list on our service areas page, or read a little more about the studio on our about page.
