Step 1.) Request a free price quote.

Every website project starts with a basic, no-cost, no-obligation price quote to help us learn more about your project, your requirements and your goals. The price quote aims at assisting both MJM Design and you, the client, in developing a realistic plan and outline of your project. This process helps to ensure that we are marketing your website in the best light with the most efficient return on investment. We will tell you what you can and can not realistically expect to get out of your website investment. We are here to help and will not sell you something you obviously don't need.

We'll advise you on ways to promote your website and draw traffic to your website to maximize its effectiveness. Our experience in web design, web development, graphic design, marketing, advertising, sales promotion and search engine optimization is superior to the competition. We will help you determine what is right for your website project free of charge. We will never sell you on something you don't want or need.

Step 2.) Receive a price quote and proposal, decide to hire MJM Design.

We create a written proposal and price quote prior to you hiring us. Based on your project requirements, together we will determine a basic website outline and overall plan of action. Should the scope of the project change significantly during the design and/or development stages, we guarantee that you will not incur any additional costs without your approval first.

Step 3.) First kick off meeting, receive design mockups days later.

Once we receive your approval and you hire MJM Design to begin work on your website, we will immediately begin the design process. The first phase of the project is the design phase which includes creating a graphical mockup of your website based on the criteria your provided to us. We take a lot of different items into consideration when designing your website so that you can rest assured that it will be an attractive, reliable and up-to-date representation of your business or organization.

Step 4.) Approval of design mockups, move into development phase.

After you have reviewed your design mockup and signed off on them, we will move your project into development where our programmers will create a working model of your website. The development phase is where we will implement specified custom functionalities, Content Management Systems and more. You will be able to monitor the progress of your website in real-time using our proprietary project progress software.

Step 5.) Complete development phase and go live. Discuss SEO and social media marketing strategies.

The appropriate steps to upload your website to the world wide web making it live and accessible to anyone in the world is the fifth and final step. Your website won't need any further maintenance, but if text changes, updating images and documents, etc. are needed, then we can develop a maintenance schedule for you. We can continue to keep in contact with you after your website has been developed on a regular basis and help with any maintenance or updates that may be needed along the road.
